On 2nd,March, Rockchip and Intel jointly launched their latest tablet PC chipset-
Intel Atom X3-
C3230RK，which is the first 64 bit quad core 3G communication solution SoFIA 3G-R
in Barcelona from 2015MWC. This solution mainly faces to the mainstream cost-
effective tablet PC and Rockchip show the tablet based on this solution for the first time.
The latest tablet PC chipset is based on Atom Processor, 3G modem and connection, which
is part of Intel Atom x3-
C3000 series. At the exhibition scene, Rockchip showed 7inch and 8 inch tablet, which is
developed by ACT . Both carry 64 bit quad core processor SoFIA 3G-
R and support android 5.0 Lollipop. It is predicted that the terminal devices will be launched
in the first half year of 2015.
It seems that the cooperation between Intel and Rockchip has got some success. This latest
tablet PC chipset will soon catch the market’s attention because of its good performance
and less cost.
