The Knowledge You Should Know about OGS, Oncell and Incell

 When talking with factories, which kind of display is necessary to know for 

overseas buyers. OGS, Oncell and Incell are three main display in the market, and what is the difference among them?

Generally speaking, the display is made by three layers: protective glass, 

touch (ITO film and ITO glass substrate) and display panel, but there are only 

two layers in OGS, Incell and Oncell: protective glass and display panel, which make the mobile phone thinner. Where is the touch? In fact, In/On-Cell make the touch and display panel integrated together and OGS make the protective glass and touch together. But how to differentiate Oncell and Incell? It is decided by the ITO film: if the film is on the glass substrate, it is called 

Oncell, such as Samsung Galaxy series, otherwise, it is called Incell, such as 

Iphone5. All of them has their own advantage: OGS is more sensitive, Incell 

much thinner, Oncell anti drop.
